With a business degree from Mohawk College and an Interior Decorating Diploma from Sheridan, Cassidy is excited to bring an enthusiastic, bright outlook to the team. With 15 years of Customer service and Sales experience, mainly in the interior design field, She knows that building strong, trusting relationships with clients is crucial to a successful experience. She strives to discover clients’ goals and enjoys working to make sure their needs are met. In her downtime, Cassidy is very family-oriented, and you will find her spending time with her children outdoors, most likely at the nearest beach or trail.  

Ken has 20 years of sales and management experience in various industries. As someone who believes in a strong work ethic, honesty, and treating others how you wish to be treated, Ken will do whatever possible to build a trusting and long-lasting relationship with each and every person he works with. This comic book loving comedian loves watching movies, finding new waterfalls, and really enjoys meeting and connecting with new people.

Jade, a graduate of the University of Lethbridge, brings a strong background in customer service. She continues to build on her academic foundations in psychology and education and applies this in her daily work. She is dedicated to meeting the needs and goals of her customers and strives to build meaningful relationships. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family, spending time outdoors, and travelling.

Andrea is happy to be a part of our team and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to help others in a meaningful way.  Andrea genuinely cares about all of the people she comes into contact with and is thankful for the relationships that come out of it. She loves to travel, explore new things, adventure and live in flip-flops. Angela comes from a sales background and is excited to bring 20 years of customer service to the team. She uses her customer service background to make sure her customers’ needs are met. When not working, Angela loves spending time with her husband and her son.

Kelly graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and worked in front-line mental health services for several years. When she had her children, she decided to go back to school to become a provincially certified Law Clerk. Kelly has been a Law Clerk in several different capacities for 20 years and has also been a licensed Realtor for 10 years. In her quiet time, Kelly enjoys time with family and friends touring local vineyards and enjoying local farm-to-table cuisine, or spending time at the beach.

A graduate in Business Administration, Rachael comes with many years of customer service experience.  She is hardworking and very motivated to help others as she strives to build strong relationships with her customers and to provide a stress-free experience from start to finish.  In her spare time, Rachael and her husband are generally kept busy with their two young children.

Rebecca has worked as a practicing Paralegal, representing Ontario’s injured workers and now enjoys working with homeowners.  She is a loving mom to three beautiful boys, which helps her bring patience, caring and understanding to the team. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching baseball and spending time with the boys in her life.
